Any significant changes in airfare at the time of booking will affect the trip cost. Final pricing is confirmed only at the time of payment. Similarly, concert tickets are subject to availability and price changes. As these tickets cannot be pre-booked in bulk, anyone joining after February 15th will need to reconfirm ticket prices before booking. • Operational Adjustments: Large-scale festival trips involve unexpected logistical challenges. We act solely as a mediator for ticket purchases. Any changes, delays, cancellations, or modifications (including artist lineup changes) for Siam Songkran Festival & S2O Festival are beyond our control and must be directly addressed with the respective event organizers. • Organiser is not liable for any cancellations or delays related to flights, road transport, or water transfers. While we assist in coordination, unforeseen delays due to external circumstances (e.g., weather, government restrictions) are beyond our responsibility. • In case of any issues during the trip, travelers must contact our on-ground coordinators only for immediate assistance. We are committed to making your experience smooth and enjoyable. • Concert & party bands once issued must be kept safe. Organiser will not be responsible for lost bands. In case of loss, travelers must purchase a new band directly from the event organizers, subject to availability. • Transportation during mega concerts and festival days in Bangkok can be challenging. Due to high demand and road closures, it is recommended to book cabs independently for seamless transfers between the hotel, concert venues, and after-party locations. • Thailand follows strict time policies. Transportation services adhere to a maximum wait time of 10 minutes. Delays beyond this period may result in travelers making their own transport arrangements at their own cost. • Organiser is not responsible for any damages, injuries, or health issues caused due to excessive drinking, reckless behavior, or incidents at concerts, exclusive parties, or any other trip activities.
